Health Spending Accounts
A Health Spending Account is simplicity defined. You, as the employer, contribute funds to employee accounts. Employees submit claims, then Blendable reimburses any eligible health care expenses. Simple.
With the Health Spending Account, your employees will value the flexibility. The only limit on spending is the amount available in their account. You don’t have to pay premiums for services they won’t use and you decide how much you want to contribute – you control the budget.

Classifications for an HSA can be reasonably defined by the Plan Sponsor using positions, status (full-time or part-time), levels, family status, etc. to distinguish contributions. When setting up your plan, you choose the contribution level that fits your budget and your business goals.
To make things easy, we've set up some standard class amounts with standard monthly contributions into which you can slot your employees. For example, you may want to group some or all of your team into a class with contributions of $83.33 per month - that translates into $1,000 per year of tax free funds for your team to spend on health and dental expenses! The executive class may be at a higher level so that you can use tax free funds for your family's expenses.

Emergency Medical Travel
Blendable has pre-negotiated a standard rate for Group travel with $5 million, 60-day coverage .
Monthly premiums are:
- Family: $5.00
- Single: $3.00
