Blendable Direct
If your plan has Blendable Direct, you can ask certain healthcare providers to submit expenses directly to Blendable on your behalf. This way Blendable will reimburse the provider directly, and you won't have to pay out of pocket then submit your claim to Blendable for reimbursement.
Eligible providers
Blendable Direct currently supports pharmacies and dentists. The following providers have signed up to use Blendable Direct.
- Pharmacie Novena
- Nor-Dent - Dr. Grondin & Dr. Lehoux
- Dr. Gilles Lecours
- Greenstone Dental
If your provider isn't on the list, send them this link with more information, and ask them to get in touch with us and we can get them signed up.
How it works
When you visit a provider listed above and want your expense paid using Blendable Direct, follow the steps below.
- Before going, visit your online Member Centre to:
- Check your coverage in your My Benefits section so you know how much of the expense will be eligible; and
- Note your Member Code (found on the dashboard of your Member Centre).
- At your provider, tell them that your Group Benefits are through Blendable
- Give your provider your Member Code (it's even easier if you login and show them on your phone!)
- Your provider will confirm your coverage and how much (if anything) you still need to pay out of pocket.
- Pay your provider, and relax - the rest of the expense has been submitted to Blendable!
You will see any Blendable Direct claims in your online Member Centre.
